Pool Rental Guidelines
Pool rentals at Service First are great for birthday parties and special events/trainings all year round because of our 91-92 degree water! The cost is $300.00 for a 2 hour rental. A $100.00 deposit is required to "save" the date/time, preferably one month in advance.
All payments will only be accepted in cash, cashiers check, or money order. No checks or cards will be accepted as payment. Payment for the pool rental is due in full ($300.00) at least 5 working days before the date of the rental. Part/all of the deposit will be refunded based on the condition of the facility after the party. The facility and contents must be in "as found" or better condition for full refund to be issued. We will account for cleanliness, missing/broken equipment, furniture, etc. 15 minutes will be allowed before/after the actual start time of the rental for set up/clean up.
A party coordinator/lifeguard for up to 15 swimmers is included in the rental price. Additional swimmers will be $20.00 per person up to 10 additional swimmers for a grand total of 25. Tables and chairs are also provided. Alcoholic beverages of ANY kind, glass containers, street clothes/shoes in pool, outside pool toys without prior approval, and infants/toddlers without swim diapers if not potty trained are not permitted.
